In recent years, Elise has held a number of roles as Special Assistant to Alicia Estey as Chief of Staff and Vice President for University Affairs, Project Manager for the University’s COVID-19 response and recovery, and Special Projects Director for the President’s Office. Before her time at Boise State, Estey worked in the tax department at the J.R. Thereafter she served in various roles in Finance and Administration including policy analyst, regulatory compliance officer and director of tax. She joined Boise State in 2006 as the special assistant to then-Vice President of Finance Stacy Pearson.
